LeadCatch ("we", "us") provides a missed-call follow-up service to business customers ("clients"). When a client's business misses a phone call, we send the caller an SMS on the client's behalf, hold a short SMS conversation to collect the details of their enquiry, and pass those details to the client. This policy explains what data is involved and how it is handled.
We process this data in order to pass your enquiry to the business you called. We act on behalf of that business — your enquiry belongs to them, and they use it to contact you about the work you asked about.
The SMS conversation is handled by an automated AI assistant. Messages are processed by our technology providers in order to deliver the service: SMS messages are transmitted through Twilio, and conversation text is processed by Anthropic's AI models to generate replies and extract your enquiry details. These providers process the data to provide the service and do not use it to advertise to you.
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation and then no further texts from that business through our service. Your number is added to a suppression list to make sure of it.
If you contact us about using LeadCatch for your business, we keep your contact details and correspondence in order to reply and provide the service.
Conversation records are retained so that clients can review their enquiries and so we can operate the service reliably. Data is stored on servers we control, protected by encryption in transit and access controls. We do not sell personal data.
Under UK data protection law you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@catchleads.co.uk. If your query is about an enquiry you made to a specific business, we may direct it to that business as the controller of your enquiry.
